All personal information, health information and documents provided to and maintained by iionHealth is done so in a secure, encrypted manner in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (“HITECH”). Likewise iionHealth limits all access to the databases and servers we employ on an as required basis with no personal or health data maintained externally from our secure facilities.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. The iionHealth Web Sites are not designed or intended to attract children under the age of 13. The iionHealth Web Sites do not collect Personal Information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13. A parent or guardian, however, may use iionHealth Web Sites for a minor. The parent or guardian is solely responsible for providing supervision of the minor's use of iionHealth Web Sites.
